In April 2024, the company held an employee skills competition. This competition included individual competitions and team competitions. The purpose was to improve employee skills and enhance team cohesion.
The competition was based on the principle of fairness and voluntariness. The competition was divided into four skill sets, namely material moving by forklift, steel roll unpacking, cutter installing, and steel roll packing. Each player was actively involved in the game.
This competition provided an opportunity for employees to communicate, learn from each other and compete on the same stage. At the same time, it also promoted the construction and development of corporate culture.
